Food banks at the FaithCentre

The FaithCentre Food Bank routinely serves over 550 greater Bellefonte area residents a month.  Those within our assigned region and meeting income guidelines are welcome to register for a monthly distribution of food.  The Food Bank, additionally, is available to anyone, regardless of geographic location, requiring emergency food or facing an unforeseen crisis.

The FaithCentre is committed to providing free quality foods to our clients and we offer:
  • Fresh produce when in season
  • Dairy products
  • Fresh and frozen meat
  • Baby food and supplies
  • Food for individuals with diabetes
  • Bread and pastries
  • Canned and frozen vegetables
  • Personal care products such as toothpaste and soap.

The FaithCentre Food Bank is also the distribution site for Bellefonte’s Toys for Tots and assists over 1,000 people each Holiday season.

The Food Bank welcomes donation of fresh vegetables and other food products.

Monday and Tuesday  10am – noon
Wednesday                10am – 2pm
Thursday                    1:00pm – 6:30pm

With the recent downturn in our economy, we are seeing some members of our community struggling to keep their pets well nourished. We offer help by providing a collection of food items in our Pet Food Bank and are hoping for your support and contributions.

Use the "Donate" TAB above to donate items to the FoodBank or stop by our location to drop off your donated supplies. If you are in need of food supplies for your pet, the Pet FoodBank hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 10am-Noon; Wednesday: 10am-2pm.

We need dried dog food, 8 pound bags. For adult, medium-sized dogs, all breeds.
